At BLACK KEE, we strive to provide you with high-quality curtains that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to ensure a hassle-free experience for you. Please take a moment to read our return policy outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
You may return curtains purchased from BLACK KEE within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the curtains must be in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:
Custom-made curtains tailored to specific measurements.
Curtains that have been altered, washed, or used.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.
Package the curtains securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Include a copy of your original order invoice and the RA number in the package.
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned curtains, our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original, unused condition.
If the returned curtains meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
